Serviced Accommodation Unit - Special Promotion The bungalow is particularly suitable as temporary long term accommodation for business persons who are called upon to work in Derby for an extended period and/or those taking up a new appointment in the area and needing accommodation whilst seeking to purchase a property. Until further notice the tariff for the bungalow will be reduced to £40 per night for long stay. This applies to fourteen or more consecutive nights, self catering, single or twin occupation. The beds will be made, fresh towels provided and general cleaning will be carried out each day. Bed linen will be changed each week

With most hotel web sites, the price you see on the front cover is rarely the price you finish up having to pay. Often there are extras to be found buried in the small print for such as breakfast, parking, broadband, coffee/tea and biscuits on arrival etc. etc. We don't do that, it's not our way. Here at Bridge Farm there are no extras - the price you see is the price you pay.Except that is, when there is single occupancy and then inevitable the tariff has to be reduced by £5 per night. The only on-costs here would be purchases or services conducted at your request for such as private washing or ironing etc.

Some hotels even follow a classic market forces concept such that the tariff increases as availability decreases. We don't do that either, with us, long stay means a reducing tariff however many suites we actually have available. For example: An executive suite tariff for double occupation is £70 for one night and reducing in increments down to £50 per night for five consecutive nights or more. For single occupation the tariff is £65 reducing to £45.
